Pennsbury – Water Meter Vault

The Borough of Pennsbury Village upgraded their master water meter vault to comply with current backflow prevention regulations, increase control of their water system, provide improved working pressure, and install a bypass line that can be used when the meter is being serviced. The work included a complete refurbish of the existing water meter vault by removing all of the existing vault contents. The installation of a fire-flow meter will help ensure adequate flows during times of high demand. Included in the new vault are double check valve backflow preventer, 8-inch Sensus F2 fire flow meter, 4-inch removable bypass line, ground hydrant, H20 loading vault hatch, aluminum ladder with safety extension, and a sump pump.
